Custom Garment Dyeing is a specialty service we outsource to a trusted garment-dyeing partner to ensure professional, consistent results. We offer several wash options, including Prepared for Dye, Solid Color, and Vintage Pigment, allowing you to achieve everything from a clean, uniform finish to a rich, worn-in vintage look.
For a more distressed appearance, we also offer Faded Washes using Potassium, Oil Mineral, or Stone techniques. These processes create unique variations, depth, and authentic character in the finished garment. Minimum order is 100 pieces, with at least 1 screen-printed ink color required. Garment Wash & Pigment Dye Description
With any wash or pigment dye process, each garment will have its own unique character. While the overall color will remain consistent, subtle variations in shading and color placement may occur from one garment to another.
These natural variations are part of the process and create an authentic, one-of-a-kind look. The result is a premium, high-end garment with a unique finish that cannot be perfectly replicated.

STEP 01 — GARMENT DYEING

Garments are professionally washed or pigment dyed to create their unique color, texture, and authentic vintage character.

STEP 02 — SCREEN PRINTING
12–16 Business Days
Once dyed, garments move into production for screen printing, where your artwork is professionally printed and finished.

STEP 03 — QUALITY CHECK & PACKING
Final Inspection
Every piece is inspected, folded, packed, and prepared for delivery.
