Our Barudan Embroidery Machines make it possible to offer a broad selection of embroidered shirts for men, women, and youth in styles and sizes from youth extra small to adult 6XL, including tall options.

Polo shirts are our most popular choice, perfect for business and casual use alike. These polos come in a variety of fabrics, with cotton as a favorite for its softness and comfort, ideal for indoor wear. For added benefits like moisture-wicking, wrinkle resistance, and color retention, polyester and poly/cotton blends are excellent alternatives.

Another popular choice for embroidery is woven, or button-down, shirts. Unlike polos, woven shirts have a structured look. Cotton is favored for its softness and comfort, especially in office settings, while poly/cotton blends provide wrinkle resistance and color retention.

The digitization process involves converting existing artwork, like a company logo, into a stitch file compatible with an embroidery machine. This allows the machine to read and accurately replicate the design on a garment.

We will explain each item below.

Type of garment: Garments are manufactured differently. Some brands are constructed better by using better textiles, threads and dyes therefore they cost more and this will factor into the pricing we quote.

Quantity: Quantity has a huge factor in price per item. Screen printing is more cost effective as you order higher quantities. The reason for this, I will explain. The amount of time from preparing the artwork, creating screens, setting up the press, mixing inks, and counting merchandise takes a great percentage of the screen printing process. All of those steps happen before we actually print a test sample, imagine that… Ordering higher quantities would provide a lower price point per garment.

Complexity of printing: A job with multiple print locations or multiple ink colors would take our team much longer to complete. This also means that the price per item would be higher due to the amount of time it takes to complete. The most economical printing option is one ink color and one print location.

Embroidery pricing is based on three things:

• Type of garment
• Digitizing
• Amount of stitching

We will explain each item below.

Type of garment: Garments are manufactured differently. Some brands are constructed better by using better textiles, threads and dyes therefore they cost more and this will factor into the pricing we quote.

Digitizing: Digitizing is the process to trace your artwork in our embroidery program so that our embroidery machine would be able to read each traced point to create the stitch on the garment. The more complex the artwork, the longer it would take our team to digitize your design.

Amount of stitching: Once we have digitized your logo, we will know the correct amount of stitches in your design/artwork. From the amount of stitches on the design we can determine how long it would take to complete each garment. Again the more stitches on your design the longer it would take to complete each garment and therefore it is a higher cost per item.

Patch pricing is based on two things:

• Size of the patch
• Add-on finishes

We will explain each item below.

Size of the patch: The larger the patch, the more material and time to embroider it would take to complete. For certain designs where the details are too small. We would suggest going with a larger size patch in order for the small details to show more clear on the patch. Size will determine the price per patch. A larger patch would cost more.

Add-on finishes: Adding a finish to the patch will raise the price per patch. Add-on finishes are Hook velcro, Iron on backing, Adhesive back, Metallic thread, Glow in the dark thread, 3-D embroidery.
